Happy to have my boy home! And happy to have a non injured tail. The staff at Tyson Animal Hospital were absolutely amazing. They took my boy in on a moments notice and took great care of him. Not to mention they didn’t even know me or Oliver beforehand (this was our first visit). They saw his emergent need for amputation and wasted no time. The entire staff was so friendly and helped calm a very anxious momma over his two day stay. They kept me informed the entire time and made me feel like Oliver was in the best possible hands. I couldn’t thank them enough. If you’re in need of a new vet they are highly, highly recommended in my book!! Definitely switching my crew over to them asap.

I came in with a dog I was dog sitting that developed a swollen testicle and had a sanguineous discharge. Needless to say he was in a lot of pain… After trying 2 different vets (dedicated to emergency care) I was desperate to find a place that could take him in. Tyson Animal Hospital took him in same day and really put in the effort to put both me and the dog at ease. He was fixed right up and it didn’t cost a fortune! I’m so grateful for their kindness and extra attention to communicating his discharge instructions. These people truly care ❤️

I have 5 cats and have tried a number of area vets. I recently decided to try Tyson because one of my cats needed a dental cleaning and the vet I was using didn’t provide that service. The staff at Tyson and Dr. Miller were all fantastic through a bit of stressful time with my cat having some bloodwork done and getting the dental cleaning as well as two teeth extracted. The only downside of their office – from a cat’s perspective – is the dogs barking in the boarding kennel in the backyard. I can overlook that since they took very good care of my kitty.

PS: Their pricing is extremely fair.

We highly recommend Dr. Miller and her team at Tyson Animal Hospital. They treat our beloved pets as if they were their own. When our dog was diagnosed with cancer, Dr. Miller acted fast to help get the referrals in so he could been seen by NC State onc. With every follow up or annual exam, our dogs are treated with so much love. We are so grateful for this Vet.

As always, the staff was extremely nice. My baby decided she wanted to get nervous when it was time to go in and the young lady was so patient and helpful and got her in to get her shots. They always take good care of her and I’m happy I found them.
